For court builders & resurfacers

Your next $40,000 court job is sitting in an unanswered text.

Courtside OS is the connected operating system for companies that build, resurface, repair, and stripe pickleball, tennis, and basketball courts — so quotes stop going cold while you're out on a site visit.

  • Every lead answered in about 60 seconds, day or night
  • Open quotes followed up every 48 hours, automatically
  • An instant court estimator that qualifies before you drive out
  • One pipeline showing every lead, estimate, and job

$500/mo + $1,000 setup. Setup waived when you upgrade to a marketing package.

A 20-minute walkthrough using your real numbers — jobs quoted, jobs won, where they stall.

No spam. We use this to prep your walkthrough, nothing else.

The real problem

Court work isn't lost on price. It's lost on response time.

High-ticket court projects have long sales cycles and a lot of comparison shopping. The contractor who answers first, qualifies properly, and keeps following up wins the job — and usually the owner is too busy building courts to be that contractor.

The owner is the bottleneckEvery quote, callback, and follow-up routes through one person who is on a court all day, not at a desk.
Quotes go out and go quietA $40K proposal gets sent, nobody chases it, and it dies in an inbox three weeks later.
Unqualified site visits eat the weekHours of driving for projects with no budget, no timeline, or a surface that was never a fit.
Nobody knows what's actually workingLeads come from flyers, Maps, referrals, and ads — with no record of which ones turn into signed contracts.
How it works

One system, from first click to final invoice

01 — CAPTURE

Nothing gets missed

Leads from your site, landing pages, forms, calls, chat, and the estimator all land in one place. Miss a call and the system texts them back before they dial a competitor.

02 — QUALIFY

Know before you drive

The court estimator walks prospects through project type, surface, dimensions, and upgrades — giving them a preliminary range while giving you a qualified lead.

03 — BOOK

Calendar, not phone tag

Qualified prospects book a site visit against your real availability, with reminders that cut no-shows.

04 — FOLLOW UP

The part everyone skips

Open quotes get worked every 48 hours by SMS, email, and task — until the job is won, lost, or the prospect says stop.

05 — CLOSE

Proposal to signature

Branded proposals, e-signature, invoicing, and text-to-pay, so the paperwork stops slowing down the build schedule.

06 — MEASURE

Source to revenue

Every lead is tracked from first touch to signed contract, so you finally know which channels pay for themselves.

The differentiator

A court estimator, not a contact form

"Contact us" asks the prospect for something. The estimator gives them something first — a real preliminary range, built from project type, court surface, dimensions, pad condition, and upgrades like cushion systems, custom logos, and extra colors.

Priced for you

Your pricing table, your service area, your minimums and travel rules — configured per company, not hard-coded.

Qualifies itself

By the time a lead reaches you, you know the surface, the size, the condition, and the scope.

Range, not a quote

Prospects see a clearly-labelled preliminary range. The binding number still comes from your site visit.

Feeds the pipeline

Every answer lands on the contact and opportunity record, so follow-up starts already knowing the project.

Who's behind it

Built by operators, not a software company

Courtside OS was built by a team that produced these outcomes in adjacent high-ticket home services: a flooring company taken to roughly $800K in ten months, and a roofing company moved from about $800K to $1.2M.

Straight answer on proof: those results come from adjacent trades, not from court contractors, and they are the team's track record rather than a Courtside OS case study. The court-specific version of the system is newer than those wins. If you want a vendor who will show you a wall of court-industry testimonials today, we're not it yet — what we have is a system built on what actually moved revenue in comparable high-ticket, long-cycle, owner-run businesses.

Questions

The things contractors actually ask

Isn't this just a CRM with a new name?

A generic CRM gives you empty fields and a login. What you're buying here is the configuration and the operating model: a 14-stage pipeline built around how court work actually sells, a court estimator with your pricing in it, the follow-up sequences already written, and someone maintaining all of it as the business changes. The software licence underneath is the least valuable part.

We already use spreadsheets and our phones. Why change?

Spreadsheets don't text a missed caller back at 7pm, and a phone doesn't chase a $40K quote every 48 hours for three weeks. If you're closing everything you quote and never lose track of a lead, you don't need this. Most owners we talk to can name two or three jobs last year that died from silence.

How long until it's running?

Setup covers the account build, pipeline, estimator configuration, number and email setup, domain, and team training. Timeline depends on how much of your pricing and process is already documented — that's the honest bottleneck, and we'll scope it on the walkthrough rather than promise a number here.

What exactly does the performance fee apply to?

$250 or 3% of the job total, whichever is higher, on closed jobs over $7,000. How a "closed job" is defined and what attribution window applies gets written into your agreement before you sign — we'd rather argue about it up front than after a big month.

Do I have to use your marketing too?

No. The platform tier stands on its own and works with whatever lead sources you already have. The marketing packages exist for companies that want the pipeline filled as well as managed.

Is the AI receptionist included?

No — the base includes missed-call text-back. The AI scheduling bot and AI receptionist are separate add-ons, priced on the walkthrough based on your call volume.

Bring one number to the call

How many quotes did you send last year that you never heard back on? That number, times your average job, is what this conversation is about.
